We Talk

Firstly, we need to find out what kind of wedding ceremony you wish to have. There are two options available in Spain to a non resident. A church wedding or a secular wedding. The only legally binding ceremony is that which takes place in church .

For a fully legal catholic wedding ceremony at least one of you must be baptized a catholic. If this is not the case, we can arrange for a Blessing Ceremony which is also held in church. This ceremony is not legally binding and you must already be married.

The second option is a secular ceremony. This is performed by a celebrant and can take place at any venue of your choice. There is no paperwork needed and the ceremony is not legally binding.

Once you have decided which marriage ceremony is the one for you we can help make it a reality.
